Founding Office Program
Limited to 10 founding optometry practices. Includes:
- 30-day free trial — full Practice Plus access, no credit card required
- Complimentary launch setup — guided portal setup, staff access, PreCheck setup, and first-batch validation
- Includes EligiVue PreCheck, Instant Verification, Batch, EV Tracker, ROI Dashboard, Advanced Analytics, and multi-location support
- HIPAA-ready workflow — Business Associate Agreement signed before any eligibility checks
- VSP, EyeMed, and Spectera supported today
- Priority portal expansion requests — ask for your next portal and help shape what we build next
- EligiVue PreCheck in English or Spanish — patients submit insurance from their phone before the visit
- Referral credit — after becoming a paying customer, refer a practice that also becomes paying and receive one month off the referred office's base subscription plan, up to 3 credits per year. Base subscription means the Practice or Practice Plus plan only; add-on locations, added users, setup fees, discounts, taxes, and pass-through charges are excluded.
