EligiVue currently supports VSP, EyeMed, and Spectera. MetLife Vision plans are verified through the VSP path where applicable. We're continuously adding new providers based on customer demand.

Yes. All provider credentials are encrypted with AES-256, data is transmitted over TLS, and we require a signed BAA to support HIPAA-regulated workflows.

EligiVue is designed with HIPAA Security Rule requirements in mind. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS). Access is restricted to authorized users with role-based permissions, session timeouts, and audit logging. We provide a Business Associate Agreement with every customer account.

EligiVue PreCheck lets patients submit insurance from their phone before the visit — in English or Spanish. Patients scan your PreCheck QR code or open your PreCheck link, and their eligibility is verified automatically. Results go straight to your dashboard — no phone calls or portal logins needed. Included in both Practice and Practice Plus plans.

Eligible Soon is a recall list that automatically flags patients whose insurance benefits become eligible within the next 60 days — based on the "next eligible" dates returned by their carrier. Use it to recall patients for their next exam before they go elsewhere. Eligible Soon is included with Practice Plus.

Yes! Both plans allow you to add additional users for $10/month each. Practice includes 5 users and Practice Plus includes 10 users to start.

Practice Plus includes 1 location. Additional locations can be added for $149/month each, and each extra location adds 5 users to your team. Each location gets its own credentials and team management.

Yes! Contact us to change your plan at any time. Upgrades, downgrades, and add-on changes (extra users or locations) can be arranged during your billing cycle.

Billing is set up during onboarding. Contact us at support@eligivue.com for plan activation and payment details.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period. After that, your organization data — including patient lookups, credentials, and team accounts — is deleted from active systems. Audit logs may be retained for up to 6 years as required by applicable law. See our Terms of Service for full details.
