Billing questions

How does the free trial work?

Founding offices receive a 30-day free trial; the standard trial is 14 days. Both include full Practice Plus access for up to 10 team members, and no credit card is required. When your trial ends, access will be paused. Your office data will not be deleted when your trial ends.

Can I add more users beyond the included limit?

Yes. Both plans allow additional users for $10/month each. Practice includes 5 users and Practice Plus includes 10 to start.

How does multi-location support work?

Both plans include 1 location. Additional locations are $149/month each on Practice and $199/month each on Practice Plus at founding pricing (normally $199 and $249), and each extra location adds 5 users. Each location can use its own portal credentials or share the office’s, and staff see only the locations they’re assigned to.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Admins can manage billing and add-ons from Account → Manage Billing, or contact support@eligivue.com and we’ll handle it.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit or debit card through secure Stripe checkout. Plans are month-to-month or yearly.

What happens if I cancel?

Your admin can cancel from the Account page, and access continues through the end of your current billing period. Your admin can download a final export before your organization’s data is deleted; see the Terms of Service for the full timeline. Audit logs are retained for at least 6 years as required by applicable law.
